Rules

Entrants pick whether they want to represent Team Europe or U.S. Team by playing in one of the two tournaments called “Solheim Cup Virtual Challenge – Team Europe” or “Solheim Cup Virtual Challenge – U.S. Team”. They have one shot to land as close as possible to the pin on each of the par-3 holes at Bernardus Golf (holes 4, 6, 11 & 15) in a Trackman simulator or on Trackman Range.

After the four shots have been hit, entrants receive their result, which is the average distance to the holes across the four shots. The top 50 player scores in simulators and top 50 players scores on Trackman Range from each team are combined to form a team average. The team with the lowest average distance to the hole wins the challenge.

The competition starts on August 26, 2026 12:00 am (CET) and ends on September, 13, 2026 11:59 pm (CET). Entrants should be aware of the start/end dates and time of the competition to make sure they have enough time to complete their attempts before the competition ends.

Entrants must be signed in with their Trackman account in order to participate and be registered on the leaderboard.

If you do not already have an account, please download the Trackman Golf app and create a profile before going to your local Trackman simulator or Trackman Range. If an entrant has not created a Trackman account before going to the Trackman simulator or Trackman Range, they will be prompted to create a Trackman account.

Once entrants have created a Trackman account and registered either through the tournament website or the Trackman Golf app, they are eligible to play.

In a Trackman simulator or at Trackman Range, entrants should sign in (using the Trackman Golf app and QR code or entering account credentials manually), then select Tournaments, then “Solheim Cup Virtual Challenge – Team Europe” or “Solheim Cup Virtual Challenge – U.S Team”, depending on which team they choose to play for. Entrants are only allowed to play in one of the competitions; playing in both will result in disqualification. Before being allowed to play in the competition, entrants need to accept the Terms & Conditions.

There is no fee to enter. Entry into the competition automatically signs you up for the Trackman, Ping and Bernardus Golf newsletter.

If two or more entrants are listed on the leaderboard with the same distance to pin, please note that the entrants' rankings are based on a more precise measurement than what is displayed on the leaderboard.

Entrants are not eligible for prizes unless they are signed in with a Trackman account. All prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

There are four categories of prizes:

Prize Category 1: Top 50 players playing in simulators and top 50 players playing on Trackman Range for Team Europe will be entered into a draw where two lucky winners (one simulator player and one Trackman Range player) each win a Play & Stay package for two at Bernardus Golf (travel costs are not included).

Prize Category 2: Top 50 players playing in simulators and top 50 players playing on Trackman Range for U.S Team will be entered into a draw where two lucky winners (one simulator player and one Trackman Range player) each win two Captains Club tickets to the 2028 Solheim Cup in Kentucky (travel costs are not included).

Prize Category 3: The Trackman Range and indoor facility in Europe with the highest number of participants will each win a Solheim Cup signed pin flag.

Prize Category 4: The Trackman Range and indoor facility in the USA with the highest number of participants will each win a Solheim Cup signed pin flag.

Winners will be contacted by Trackman via email to receive their prize, once all results have been processed. Please allow some time from the competition to end until the winners have been determined.

In certain jurisdictions, prizes may be subject to taxes. All federal, state, and local taxes, customs duties and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize are solely the winner’s responsibility.

All information submitted by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Trackman’s Privacy Policy, which is accessible on the Trackman Golf app or at https://www.trackman.com/legal/privacy-policy.

This includes the publication of Trackman usernames on public leaderboards relating to the tournaments which will be featured on Trackman’s, Ping’s, Bernardus Golf’s and Solheim Cup 2026’s website, social media and elsewhere.

Anyone age 13 or older during the participation period can participate in the competition and win prizes. This age requirement is dictated by European personal data protection rules and regulations.

By participating in the “Solheim Cup Virtual Challenge” presented by Ping, Bernardus Golf, IMG and Trackman, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria.

Employees, agents, and directors of any company forming part of Trackman A/S, Ping, Bernardus Golf, IMG or participating facilities, or their subsidiaries may participate in the competition but are not eligible to win prizes.

Entrants are welcome to practice prior to the event as the tournament courses are already available. If you don’t have your own simulator, all you have to do is book a bay in your nearest Trackman-powered commercial facility to practice and play.

All entrants are expected to compete in the tournament with integrity and in the spirit of fair play. Any form of cheating or attempts to gain an unfair advantage will not be tolerated. Trackman reserves the right to disqualify entrants suspected of cheating or breaking the official rules. This includes, but is not limited to, impersonation (e.g. entering under another player’s Trackman account and/or creating multiple accounts) and participation in both “Solheim Cup Virtual Challenge – Team Europe” and “Solheim Cup Virtual Challenge – U.S Team”. All shots will be monitored. We encourage you to win with grace and lose with dignity.

All entrants are expected to compete in the tournament with integrity and in the spirit of fair play. Any form of cheating or attempts to gain an unfair advantage will not be tolerated.

Trackman reserves the right to disqualify entrants suspected of cheating or breaking the official rules.
