Build a golf simulator business
Our launch monitor is behind more than 90 of the top 100 PGA Tour players. That same accuracy is now helping entrepreneurs, country clubs, sports bars, and entertainment venues turn a bay of screens into a real, year-round business - one that keeps working when the course is closed

The precision tour pros trust
Every unit we build uses dual tracking technology - radar and camera together, to capture 40+ data points per shot, the same system tour pros rely on to fine-tune their game. That credibility is what lets you charge more for a lesson, a fitting, or an hour on a bay
One simulator, four ways to make money
A simulator isn't just an attraction, it's a business with several income streams running side by side, every day of the year
One simulator,
built to run every day
Trackman iO mounts to the ceiling, so there's no floor unit eating into your bay - built specifically for permanent, always-on commercial installations, whether that's a single coaching studio or a 12-bay entertainment venue

Trackman iO Commercial
The same dual tracking technology used across every Trackman system, mounted overhead so guests get the full bay to swing in. No floor unit, no clutter - just a system built to run every day, not just for demos
Ceiling-mounted, dual radar + camera tracking (OERT)
Fits bays as narrow as 15 feet wide
Choose Integrated Build, Flex Cage, or Tech-Only packages
Includes Virtual Golf 3 software, Performance Studio, and a built-in booking portal
The software guests actually see
Virtual Golf 3
The tracking technology matters, but what keeps guests coming back is what's on the screen. VG3 renders every course to perfection, with zero delay between impact and ball flight - the difference between a simulator that feels like a video game and one that actually feels like golf

Sports Bars & Entertainment Venues
A big-draw attraction without needing a huge footprint. The simulator becomes the reason people show up in the first place - and the reason they stay for another round

Country Clubs & Golf Facilities
A way to keep the season going all year - lessons, fittings, and league play that don't stop just because it's snowing outside. It's also a members' benefit that's hard to replicate anywhere else

Teaching Studios & Academies
Independent instructors and entrepreneurial pros building a coaching business around real, tour-level data. Even a single bay can support a real lesson-and-fitting business on its own

Commercial golf simulator FAQ
It depends on the number of bays and how complex the install is. A single-bay commercial setup typically starts around USD 23,995 for the Trackman iO. Multi-bay setups for entertainment venues, sports bars, and franchises get custom pricing through a free commercial consultation, and financing is available in most markets
Revenue tends to come from several places at once: bay rentals, league and tournament fees, food and drink sales during sessions (usually 60–90 minutes each), lessons and club fitting, and memberships. Put together, many operators say the simulator pays for itself faster than expected.
Plan for at least 15 feet wide, 10 feet high, and 18 feet deep per bay for the best experience. The bare minimum hitting distance is about 8 feet 2 inches from the impact screen to the ball. Aim for at least 9–10 feet of ceiling height so a full driver swing feels comfortable for most golfers
Trackman iO Commercial comes in three packages - Custom integrated build, Flex Cage, or Tech-Only - depending on how much of the bay structure you already have in place. All three include Virtual Golf 3 software, Performance Studio, and a built-in booking portal
We handle it - site assessment, space planning, hardware install, AV calibration, software setup, and staff training. Packages include the launch monitor, projector, computer, hitting mats, impact screen, turf, and enclosure, plus 24/7 support once you're open
